A little off-centre compared to the city center, however, this address is worth a visit. Already, for its Provencal atmosphere, very pleasant and authentic. Then, for the quality of its dishes, between South-West gastronomy and Catalan influences. As a starter, you will enjoy the crème brûlée with foie gras, with its pear candied with sweet spices, pig's feet candy or lentil cream soup, pan-fried foie gras and its bacon espuma, or Anis & Canisses hulls. For the main course, the cuisine of the moment with the canine way served on a purée of potatoes, the wild bar filet with the cream of hulls or a beautiful piece of beef, coming directly from Aveyron, Lozère or Tarn producers. As a dessert, a trilogy of crèmes brûlées, a basil chocolate pie or a crunchy banana… Also to be tasted, the Lozère sweet potato, specialty of the place, namely: a huge potato stuffed and accompanied according to various recipes (charcuterie, andouillette, salmon, codfish accras, etc.). The wine list offers more than 60 references.
