As a dessert, a trilogy of crèmes brûlées, a basil chocolate pie or a crunchy banana… Also to be tasted, the Lozère sweet potato, specialty of the place, namely: a huge potato stuffed and accompanied according to various recipes (charcuterie, andouillette, salmon, codfish accras, etc.).
