Restaurant with character in Montpellier focusing on traditional French cuisine

In addition to its gallery and apartments, the bold Arbre Blanc building houses a characterful restaurant and bar with panoramic views. Behind the scenes, Eric Cellier, Charles and François Fontes play on the contrast between the hyper-modernity of the premises and traditional French seasonal cuisine. The result is fresh: sea bream with artichoke and lemon, veal filet served with spiced Greek yoghurt, basil peach pavlova... The bar area on the 17th floor offers sensational views of the city and hinterland.

Le bar en haut propose toujours une bonne ambiance avec une bonne sélection de DJ house electro. Les cocktails sont bons et le service toujours soigné. Le personnel est au petits soins.
