Opening time and information on MAISON NOILLY PRAT
Guided tours of the cellars: in low season from 10am to 12pm and from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, and in high season from 10am to 12pm and from 2:30pm to 7pm. Open by reservation only in January and February. Prices for guided and commented experiences: Discover Experience (45 minutes): Individual €12 / Explore Experience (60 min): €17 / Savor Experience (90 min): €30 / Mixology Experience (120 min): €27. Store open daily from 10am to 6pm.

Located in Marseillan, 50 kilometers from Montpellier, Maison Noilly Prat is the birthplace of the famous French vermouth that bears its name. Nestled in a former 19th-century wine storehouse, it opens the doors to a unique heritage and the expertise of its Maître de Chai. During your visit, you'll discover the different stages in vermouth production: ageing in open-air barrels, maceration of white wines with a mixture of herbs and spices, using a traditional method known as dodinage. Several types of guided tour are available, designed to introduce you to the history of the House, the secrets of its production and the different versions of Noilly Prat vermouth: Original Dry, Rouge, Ambré and Extra Dry. Each tour includes a guided tasting. Cocktail workshops also enable you to learn how to make original vermouth-based creations. For total immersion, you can take part in a unique experience to create your own vermouth. Want to extend the experience? Le Basalte bar welcomes you in a cosy atmosphere to enjoy cocktails made by a professional bartender. La Maison can also host private or professional events in specially renovated spaces, in keeping with the spirit of the place. All experiences are based on authenticity, sharing and awakening the senses around Noilly Prat vermouth. An address not to be missed in the South of France.
