Coffee workshop at the gates of Uzès, suggesting a tasting after the technical explanations of roasting coffee in the old way
Of course, you're greeted by the smell of coffee! Julien Hurard, who runs this workshop on the outskirts of Uzès, roasts his coffees the old-fashioned way, using a wood-and-charcoal machine dating back to 1905, magnifying all the aromas of the coffee beans. After the technical explanations, it's time to taste and choose your coffees, freshly roasted every week. Guatemala, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico or Ethiopia? Let yourself be tempted by the Uzétien, a multi-medal-winning blend of different beans.

Surprenant de visiter ce lieu de torréfaction de café qui ressemble à un petit musée. le temps ne s'est pas arrêté et la vieille machine nous délecte de ses arômes
