Hotel-restaurant with modern comforts and clean, functional rooms adapted for the disabled

At the exit of Uzès towards Nîmes on the left road, the Best Western has large parking closed at night. An important detail when you know the brainteaser caused by the parking in town. Under its appearance of a large provençal farmhouse, the building with modern comfort is built around a central courtyard with outdoor pool. All rooms, clean, functional, accessible to the disabled people, offer the usual services of a hotel of this chain. The restoration, is exclusively offered for dinner. The restaurant displays different poster menus which contains some regional specialities. The bar is open all day for the hotel guests. The hotel also has a room for the organization of seminars, qualified skill for disabled people, and High-speed Internet access is free.

A 10 min à pied du centre ville, hôtel avec joli extérieur (piscine/terrasse) . Agréable |Le petit déjeuné est complet et très bon bon.|La literie est confortable.|La partie chambre est vieillissante. Une modernisation serait appréciable.|Sur les rideaux de ma chambre il y’avait une mouche morte. La robinetterie est sale et mériterai d’être changée.

Hôtel bien placé proche du centre ville, avec de nombreuses installations sportives comme la piscine, terrains de tennis, table de ping pong... Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant car 2 groupes à l'hôtel en même temps que nous, donc non merci... Le petit déjeuner est correct. La chambre est de taille correcte mais la salle de bain nécessiterait un gros coup de rafraîchissement : le robinetterie du lavabo est HS, vous prenez une douche à chaque fois que vous ouvrez le robinet, quant à la baignoire elle n'est pas toute jeune. Vous pouvez prendre un verre sur une jolie terrasse au bord de la piscine. Le jeune homme qui nous a reçu est très sympathique, les dames au petit-déjeuner aussi. Petit bémol pour deux personnes qui ont nettoyé la terrasse avec une cigarette à la main alors que nous prenions un verre... Nous avons travaillé avec mon mari dans l'hôtellerie -restauration pendant de nombreuses années et nous n'avons jamais vu cela. Dommage ça mauvaise impression.

The hotel itself was very beautiful but my room, and from what I heard from other guests, they’re room was also gross with bugs everywhere. When we told the front desk there was an issue they grabbed bug spray and swept up the bugs we killed beforehand then they left us. Since there were so many bugs we needed a mop to clean them all. So the front desk cleaned one room and when me and my roommates told her there were bugs in the bathroom, shower room, and second bedroom she looked at us and said “No” and left. The first night when we ordered food; chicken wings, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, and a salad and most of it was cold in the center. The next day we went to the pool and it was dirty with dead bugs, leaves, and had no lifeguard.

Séjour parfait du début de la Réservation avec Sébastien aux commandes jusqu’au personnel de l’hôtel, du restaurant tout le monde a été très sympathique et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont propres et très bien équipées. Le restaurant est super car la cuisine est très bonne. Le cadre, le parking . Tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
