Château l'Ermite d'Auzan, in Saint-Gilles, is a family estate that has been cultivated organically since 2020 and will be certified Demeter in 2024. On 75 hectares of rounded pebbles, the Castillons produce elegant white, red and rosé AOP Costières de Nîmes wines. Today, the fourth generation of the family is dedicated to producing excellent wines that combine vineyards, wine tourism and art.
