You will not be able to miss this very large shop outlet. Located at the crossroads of the two central lanes, it is, for many Nîmois, an inescapable one. The presentation of the cheeses is cured, the products labelled in detail: raw milk, cooked, pasteurized, labels, provenance… The choice is great. Reception, however, sometimes lacks some heat. It does not prevent: This is the only place in Nîmes where you can find four varieties of pie in raw milk, including a refined au. For this alone, Vergne is worth a visit.
