Conveniently located, the hotel Au Logis des Remparts welcomes you to an absolutely magnificent setting. With its beautiful exteriors, tree-lined terraces, swimming pool and breathtaking views over the vineyards, the hotel has everything to please you. Carefully decorated in a contemporary style, the rooms are fully equipped. Perhaps you'll be lucky enough to stay in one of the suites at La Maison Gothique, Saint-Emilion's only private 15th-century historic monument. The establishment does not meet disabled access standards.

Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a pool out at the back of the hotel for guests to enjoy, and also a car park for those travelling by car. It is worth checking with the property first that your room comes with a space. To get to the car park requires driving through the old town which is a little narrow so worth bearing in mind if you have a larger car.
We were able to walk to all of the restaurants in town that we had booked with complete ease, and even the vineyards that we had booked were max 15 minute walks away.
One thing I did notice was that there was an extensive selection of information for the local area, from things to do, restaurants, vineyards etc, which I thought was a great touch.
