Restaurant in a magical setting that offers exceptional, delicate and tasty cuisine in Saint-Emilion
Thanks to a huge bay window, Les Belles Perdrix overlooks the vineyards and offers a magical setting in Saint-Emilion. Let's start by saluting the work of interior designer Bruno Moinard. Taking advantage of the reopening in 2021, after 3 years of work, chef David Charrier has instigated the creation of a permaculture vegetable garden on the property. His exceptional, delicate and flavorful cuisine will tickle the most demanding palates. But it's pastry chef Adrien Salavert who strikes the final note. La Table de Troplong Mondot is an enchantment.

Nous sommes déjà venus en juin 2022 et nous avions été bluffés.
Nous revenions particulièrement confiants et impatients, et nous n’avons vraiment pas été déçus.
Tout était absolument parfait!, l’accueil, le service, le panorama, la table et toute la platrerie, le gin tonic, le vin (le dernier Bandol rosé de la cave, l’été étant passé, il était pour nous!), et bien sûr et surtout la cuisine, des mises en bouche aux mignardises, en passant par le pain et la briochette incroyable servie avec l’entrée au céleri-rave. Et comme nous avons pris le grand menu «La cuisse», avec le chariot de fromages en plus, on peut dire que l’on a TOUT goûté. Et TOUT était succulent!, pas simplement bon ou très bon, mais incroyablement délicieux!
La combinaison de tous ces éléments nous fait dire que ce restaurant mérite amplement une deuxième étoile⭐️⭐️; et nous avons des points de comparaison, à commencer par son confrère du même village La Table de Pavie qui est également excellent; pour nous, ces deux établissements se valent mais Les Belles Perdrix a tout de même notre préférence dans sa philosophie culinaire et grâce à son incroyable environnement.
Nous reviendrons donc dès que possible et souhaitons aux B.P. l’immense succès qu’il mérite⭐️⭐️.
Les plats du chef David Charrier sont délicats et explosifs.
Merci vraiment pour cette soirée en amoureux, dans un cadre idyllique.
Les légumes sont de saisons et du potager du domaine. J'adore !
