Restaurant offering a beautiful wine list of France in Saint-Emilion.
During 2018, L'Huitrier Pie was taken over by a young couple; Camille Brouillard and Soufiane Assarrar; a chef who has worked with starred chefs (Le Castellas in Collias, Le Pavillon in Le Touquet or La Réserve de Beaulieu in Beaulieu-sur-Mer). L'Huitrier Pie is an inventive gastronomic table where the menus are declined in several pleasures to finish in apotheosis with the Animal menu in 9 times. The Floral menu at lunchtime, which starts with amuse-bouche, is a good approach to the chef's daily inspiration. Nice wine list from France.

On y était avec ma femme pour dîner. Une expérience culinaire absolument à vivre. Du l’entrée au dessert tout était parfait. Les vin proposés par le sommelier sont parfaits, suivez ses propositions vous n’allez pas regretté. Bravo a tte l’équipe qui y travaille.

Excellent restaurant avec des plats délicieux et très bien présentés. Le service est au top aussi bien les serveurs/serveuses que le sommelier!! Les tarifs sont corrects vu la qualité des produits!!

Excellent restaurant, the perfect restaurant to spend a leisurely afternoon celebrating the local cuisine after a busy morning of tasting Saint-Emilion wines. Price was very fair for the quality, and every dish was unique and interesting, prepared with careful attention to presentation.
Tiffany, my waitress, was extremely accommodating - seating me without a reservation, adjusting the menu for my dietary restrictions, and making sure I was able to finish in time to meet up with my travel group.
Highly recommend!
