The establishment belongs to Jean-Guy Beyney, owner of the vineyard of Château Clos de Sarpe. It is around this Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé that you can taste the cuisine of the chef Daniel Gata; a seasonal cuisine with accents of the Southwest. Half-board formula for hotel guests. The Palais Cardinal is closed for renovation until further notice.
