In an old agricultural garage from the 1920s, rehabilitated, this artisanal brewery, until then called the Quercorb brewery, offers 4 beers on draught and the whole range in bottles. Naturally refermented, the 25 traditional recipes have been revisited to create beers with a unique taste and rich flavour, which Paul and Jayne have named after the Occitan language. Popular place with amazing pizza. Lots of choices of home brewed beers. Also has wine and a couple of cocktail choices. Gets busy over the weekend, amazing atmosphere. Sometimes live music and plays the rugby.
