In an old agricultural garage from the 1920s, rehabilitated, this artisanal brewery, until then called the Quercorb brewery, offers 4 beers on draught and the whole range in bottles. Naturally refermented, the 25 traditional recipes have been revisited to create beers with a unique taste and rich flavour, which Paul and Jayne have named after the Occitan language. Sur notre route, nous nous arrêtons pour boire un café en terrasse. Servi sans sous tasse, sans cuillère ni sucre. Le café est un jus de chaussette que nous avons payés 2€ la tasse. A ÉVITER

Un endroit très original on peut boire une bière en regardant la montagne la décoration est incroyable merci à la jeune fille qui nous a servi absolument adorable

We were there for the first time with a live band playing. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was just as great. We had chicken kebobs and pizza and all was excellent.

We had a great evening on Easter Monday; the BBQ food was delicious and so well presented and served to our large group of 16. Jane (the owner) and her staff are welcoming, really accommodating and it is a fantastic venue. In addition the live music was such fun - highly recommend ????
