The Castillons have been in the shellfish and fish business for three generations! In this oyster farmhouse in Leucate, you will of course find the house oysters but also shellfish bought directly from the shellfish fishermen (tellin, clams, sea snails...). For the fish, they are of the day and fished by Franck, a professional fisherman. Depuis quelques années, j'avais l'habitude de venir là. Les huîtres sont correctes, mais le service mérite ce commentaire. Alors que quelques clients attendent, la dame qui semble être la patronne continue à discuter devant la porte. Lorsqu'elle entre, elle ne s'occupe pas des clients dans l'ordre et exprime ses reproches directement à sa collègue, créant une tension et ambiance peu adaptée. J'exprime trouver leur accueil moins agréable qu'auparavant, madame use de messes basses et autres "il est pas content celui là"...Ce n'est probablement pas pour rien qu'ils ont moins d'étoiles que tous ceux autour... que je privilégierai dorénavant ,????
