After creating a highly acclaimed patisserie in Paris, Armand and Nina moved down to the region where Nina lived. A magnificent patio leads to "gourmandises", a 100% artisanal patisserie with tempting window displays. Chef Armand, accompanied by a patissier and a tourier, create beautiful, tasty cakes and top-of-the-range viennoiserie made with French produce, PDO butter and local seasonal fruit. Savouries (savoury tartines, béchamel croissants) and organic gourmet French groceries complete the picture.

Le jour et la nuit
Deux achats à qq jours d’intervalle de baguettes de tradition. Le premier parfait , pain bien cuit très agréable. Le second, pain très blanchâtre ,pas cuit, on se demande comment on a pu mettre en vente ce pain. Au final, méfiance car il y a qq part un manque de rigueur pour la cuisson.

Le cadre est joli et les patrons accueillants. Le ju d'orange pressé est délicieux.

The gourmandise is a very exclusive Patisserie und the heart of Leucate … the selection offers fantastic Biscuiterie and Pasty’s .. the atmospheres the shop and the coffee shop is very nice ???? .. the bakery products are different to other bakery’s .. I liked it but it may not be everybody’s taste .. just go and try .. it is a worthwhile experience

Nous sommes venus ce week end pour le dessert, c est la troisième fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours autant ravis de l’accueil et des pâtisseries qui sont délicates et très bonnes ! ????
