Located on the northern tip of the island of Patiras, the lighthouse can be visited on cruises departing from Blaye and hosts a variety of events.
Do you know the Patiras lighthouse? Also known as Phare Saint-Paul, it stands on the northern tip of the island of Patiras, in the middle of the Gironde estuary, just opposite Pauillac. Assigned to the Conservatoire du Littoral, it can be visited from Pauillac or Blaye, during guided cruises organized by the Refuge de Patiras, including lunch or dinner. The lighthouse can also be hired for business or private functions: the former keeper's house has been renovated and converted for this purpose by the owner.
