A Franco-Japanese restaurant in Saint-André-de-Cubzac: it was a daring move, and what a success! From amuse-bouche to dessert, everything is set to perfection. In the kitchen, Japanese chef Seiji Inomoto skilfully blends exotic flavours with those of our terroirs, in dishes that change every week: shrimp quenelle and cauliflower cream, ginger ribeye and foie gras tempura, skrei cod and soya salsify, cherry chocolate moelleux and matcha ice cream... What's more, the service is warm and professional, and the setting very pleasant.

Ce restaurant est parfait. La cuisine est exquise (sauce, présentation, qualité des produits) et le rapport qualité prix est époustouflant. L’accueil aussi n’est pas en reste (rapide et sympathique) Quand on a testé ce restaurant, c’est sûr, on y retourne. On a beaucoup de chance d’avoir un grand chef dans une petite ville comme St André de Cubzac…

Heerlijk gegeten. Een mooie Franse keuken met Aziatische invloeden van de Japanse chefkok. Menu per dat van een krijtbord. Wij hadden in tempura gebakken inktvis in een bloemkoolcreme, zachtgegaard varkensvlees en kabeljauw met rijst. Dessert was Verse cheesecake met kersen en pistache ijs. Echt een aanrader. Meng 22 euro pp en glaasje wijn 5 euro

Dommage que l’on ne puisse mettre se 5 étoiles, cet établissement en mérite plus.
Un accueil très agréable avec un beau sourire suivi par un repas sublime, aucune fausse note de l’entrée au dessert.
À faire et refaire sans hésiter.
