Olivier is passionate about creation and taste experiments. He offers classic cakes revisited with flavors influenced by his West Indian origins. A fine selection of original éclairs: exotic fruits, pineapple, lychee-raspberry, rum-coconut, tangerine, morello cherry... Every Wednesday, candy-based cakes. Creative breads, including sourdough and roasted pumpkin seeds. Beautiful and delicious. We loved the Halloween pumpkin vanilla-praline macaroon.
