The ecomuseum traces the history of this old water mill, whose origins date back to the 16th century. Old accessories also recall the history of the Villette fish farm. Finally, in the local shop, you will find fresh products (trout, sturgeon) and dishes prepared on site such as smoked salmon, smoked trout (made on site) or Nordic dishes, as well as preserves and local products from the Yvelines region.

Le personnel et vraiment formidable ,ils sont tres accueillants et au petit soins .Nous sommes venue hier pour le super lâcher de truite portion et de grosse truite vraiment sympa comme événement des chocolats on même etait offert au enfants présent merci .
Le petit plus pour cette événement c'est que la pisciculture propose des merguez ou chipolatas pendant l'événement avec un stand et des boissons même si je suppose que le personnel à déjà énormément de travail pour organiser tout ca.
Bonne continuation à l'équipe de la pisciculture et à bientôt bon lundi de pâques.
