Emmanuel Coupin has taken over one of the oldest fish farms in Ile-de-France, and indeed in France. In the store: fresh fish (trout, sturgeon), hand-sliced wood-smoked salmon, wood-smoked trout and eel, smoked fish terrines. The place is well worth a family visit. In fact, a pond is open to trout fishing, and a pool is reserved for budding anglers (with equipment provided)! What's more, the Pisciculture de Villette boasts a free eco-museum.
