A boat trip on the Grand Canal at Versailles, for young and old to discover the estate from a different angle.
Boating is an original and gentle way to discover the Versailles estate and château from a different angle. Rented for a minimum of 30 minutes, the boats allow you to cruise the Grand Canal in peace - payment only being made on return, according to the time spent on the water. Boats are available for both young and old, with life jackets provided. Bicycles and small electric cars are also available for hire.

L’expérience aurait pu être très agréable mais le torrent de pluie et de grêles survenu au bout de 10 minutes n’a pas aidé ! Aucune prévention sur la météo, aucune aide du personnel pour nous aider alors pris dans le courant et facturation complète pour 30minutes (dont 20 à sortir de l’eau et ramener la barque) sans négociation… bien déçu :(

Le parc du château est toujours très agréable. Dommage que les places de parking, sous les arbres, côté avenue des matelots, ne soient plus accessibles...
Admittedly, the cliché a little, but it is nice, in summer, for example a day of Water in Versailles to take a detour on Grand Canal.
