On the Place du Marché, behind an elegant storefront, Sébastien Lapie, Maître Restaurateur, runs this bistro that signs V, as in Versailles. Wood, clean lines in beige and ochre tones, artists' canvases: you'll feel right at home in this trendy universe. The menu is original and offers simple bistronomic dishes. The plates are beautiful and well presented: for starters, a cornet of prawns and tomato chutney, followed by a filet of royal sea bream with ratatouille provençale. Fine cuisine in a pleasant setting.
