This elegant, welcoming restaurant is one of Rambouillet's finest addresses. It's a sure bet, with a contemporary bourgeois decor and a focus on fish, seafood and shellfish. On the plate, fish - such as this Rossini tuna steak (yes, it does exist!) or this sea bass aumônière seen on the à la carte menu - and a few meats complete the seafood offering. Before moving on to dessert, why not try a plate of cheeses (hot or cold)? All in all, a truly delicious experience.
