A plant in Poissy employing more than 5,000 people and producing 230,000 vehicles per year.
The plant, founded in 1938, produced Ford cars and trucks until 1954, when it was bought by Simca. It then passed into the hands of Chrysler and finally, in 1978, to Peugeot to produce the Talbot, among other models. Today, the Poissy plant employs more than 5,000 people for 230,000 vehicles a year, city cars and compact cars including the DS3, the 208 and the Citroën C3. Up to 1,920 vehicles are produced on 86 hectares of land!

Possesseur d’un Rifter 1.5L et chaîne d’arbre à came qui casse et donc 8000€ pour changer le moteur entier…Peugeot ne prend pas en charge alors que c’est un défaut avec leur chaîne de 6mm au lieu de 8! Inacceptable et intolérable !!! Merci de nous rendre piéton et de nous faire aller à la concurrence! Après 5 véhicule Peugeot je suis écœuré ! Véhicule ayant à peine 70000km…pffff

Ce lieu accueille une soixantaine de véhicules anciens. Ces voitures issues de l'usine Simca dont nous avons la charge, nous tiennent à cœur. Je m'y rend 3 fois par semaine pour l'entretien, la maintenance et la rénovation de ce cheptel du temps passé.
Si un autre local nous était proposé il devrait impérativement se situé dans cette bonne vieille ville de Poissy.
Notre grand âge pour la plupart nous rend inquiet quant à l'avenir......

Today I received in UK, my new PEUGEOT from STELLANTIS Poissy. To my disappointment the car arrived with no car mats
As it didn't have any car mats the floor is completely dirty (with mud) from the people that have driven the car so far, so I have to pay also, in order to clean from day one.
In UK there are no left hand drive car mats so I am unable to buy, even if I wanted to do so.
I could'nt even imagine and expect that a supposed "big company" would turn out to be so untrustworthy, unprofessional and disrespectful towards a client, insisting on not sending a product (few euros cost) in order to keep a client happy, insisting that this is my fault.
I couldn't possibly have put them in the configuration and pay for them, as there is no such option in PEUGEOT Fr web page.
Completely frustated and disappointed with this company.

Cet après-midi, nous avons été invités par la mairie de la ville d'Achères à visiter le musée de l'automobile de l'association CAAPY de Poissy qui retrace la vie de l'usine Simca devenue depuis Stelantis (Peugeot).
Nous avons été guidés par un passionné qui a travaillé chez Simca puis Peugeot.
Le musée a 64 voitures et un atelier de restauration. La visite coûte 5 euros et a duré plus de 3 heures. On n'a pas tout vu car il manque de place et beaucoup de pièces et moteurs sont derrière les voitures.
Je vous conseille cette visite.
