Tattoo artist since 1993, Mikael de Poissy is world-renowned for his distinctive medieval stained-glass style. Nicknamed the "Michelangelo of tattoo artists" and the first tattoo artist to be awarded the Vermeille Medal by the Académie des arts, sciences et lettres, he shot to fame in 2010 with his triptych tattooed on the backs of three people and posted on social networks. His Poissy salon is open by appointment only, and an online store lets you buy a medieval-Japanese icon or one of his books.
