This-metre blue arch, set in the centre of a-metre diameter basin was designed to symbolize the main entrance of the agglomeration community. Established in 1991, it is the work of the artist of Polish origin Piotr Kowalski. It is the first geometric and symbolic work that opens the aesthetic journey of water, through a set of sculptures to discover during the visit. Its blue glass panels are reflected in the basin to form a complete circle.
