Colas was founded in 1974 by Pierre, a local pastry chef, who began making his own chocolates. His three children have since taken over, each with their own specific expertise. Chocolate assortments are renewed weekly and sold on site. The chocolatiers are true artists, creating cocoa sculptures that are hard to resist! The themes change with the seasons and the stalls. An institution in Maule, a pleasure for the eyes and taste buds for one of the best chocolatiers in the Yvelines.
