Nov 2021: de retour après presque un an, quelle merveilleuse soirée. Nouvelle carte qui se lit comme un florilège des meilleurs plats: thon mi-cuit sublimé par une nouvelle sauce, souris d'agneau et son gratin de pommes de terre au reblochon... magnifique. A très très bientôt.
