Within the establishment of the Hotel Le Parc, the Gramophone has been completely renovated in the same refined and classic style that contributes to the charm of the hotel. Lunch, dinner or tea lounge, this place is ideal for relaxation. You'll settle comfortably in the large leather club chairs, one of the beautiful tables set up near the table that shows that here you love jazz, or on the terrace in the beautiful days. The kitchen served is traditional and made from fresh market products; the map therefore varies over the seasons. You will get a crunchy entrée of vinaigrette vinaigrette vinaigrette, or a freshness of eggplant à anchois anchovies; in flat a beef fillet white juice of ceps and picks of potatoes or of the St. James odawara to the spinach leaf in citronné butter; and finally in dessert, a built heart with a strong black chocolate, or a feuilleté of caramelized pears and its nut emulsion. Jazz evenings organised on weekends contribute to the attraction of the place.

Quelle idée saugrenue avions-nous là : nous arrêter devant un restaurant, lire la carte, échanger quelques regards curieux… Une provocation manifeste, apparemment. Surgissant tel un gardien de temple offensé, le maître des lieux est venu nous rappeler fermement, et avec une chaleur toute personnelle, que notre présence n’était pas souhaitée.
Un accueil rare, presque théâtral, dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps : ton sec, regard noir, et invitation à « déguerpir » plus qu’à entrer. À croire que le concept même de client l’indispose.
Peut-être n’était-ce qu’un mauvais jour. Ou peut-être sommes-nous tombés sur un génie incompris de l’hospitalité inversée. Dans tous les cas, merci pour ce moment unique. La façade nous intriguait ; l’homme nous a édifiés.

L'établissement fait hôtel ????????. C'est pas grave, c'est un groupe, de séniors en plus ! Grosse erreur. N'y allez pas ! Nous, nous ne reviendrons pas. ????
