Grand Mosque built in 1981 in traditional Arab-Muslim style, one of the busiest in western Paris
After the Paris mosque, it was one of the first Muslim buildings of worship in the Paris region, and one of the busiest in western Paris. Built in 1981 in a traditional Arab-Muslim style, it is topped by a dome with an 18 m minaret. Its patio is decorated with geometric motifs in colored ceramic pastilles on a white background. It has a crèche, classrooms and meeting rooms, and a library for young people.
