Didier Viot is an expert who will advise you and suggest the perfect food/wine pairing. He'll take you on a journey with his selection of 450 wines, 150 varieties of whisky, 110 rums and 32 champagnes - including the famous Cristal Roederer. You'll also find local beers from the Vallée de Chevreuse, gourmet baskets by Valette and delicatessen products to accompany your bottles.
