Damien and his wife Marie-Hélène Bignon, successors of 3 generations of farmers, farm 175 ha in the plain of Versailles. They favour the well-being of their 3,000 organic laying hens by feeding them with their own organic cereals and by raising them in the open air (4 to 6 m² per hen). The result, good organic eggs from hens that are respected and raised in the open air, it's tastier! The opportunity to eat good, fresh, organic and healthy products, grown with love.
