Thanks to its traditional know-how, which has been tried and tested over the years, it offers a high-quality production of white and brown button mushrooms as well as other varieties (oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms) for sale in organic farming. Visits are possible on request, an opportunity to discover an atypical place and to better understand how it works.
