If you're wondering who this sculpted bust in the center of Ecquevilly belongs to, it's actually that of industrialist and aviation pioneer Henry Deutch de la Meurthe, who, in 1893, built the Château de Romainville in the heart of the forest. The vast, half-timbered residence is clearly inspired by the Anglo-Norman style. Boasting a beautiful garden, the château is now used for seminars and business meetings, and offers an exceptional setting for its residents.
