The home of Jean Monnet, one of the "fathers of Europe", is a little-known museum in the countryside of the Vallée de Chevreuse.
A visit to Jean Monnet's house will give you a better understanding of the personal history of this emblematic figure, considered one of the "fathers of Europe", and of his fundamental role in the construction of Europe. This museum in the heart of nature is also a direct access to beautiful walks in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park, so you can continue your day with a welcome moment of relaxation. Temporary exhibitions are organized here.

Charmante demeure de Jean Monnet.
La maison semble attendre le retour de son propriétaire. Film très intéressant sur la vie d'un des pères fondateurs de la Communauté Européenne. Gratuit en plus. Courrez-y ça vaut le coup !

Very inspiring visit of the house of one of the founding fathers of the EU, located in very calm and relaxing region. Very interesting explanations of our tour guide about Jean Monnet's life. Very glad I made this visit.
