The menu varies according to the season, with definitively gourmet preparations: for starters, foie gras de canard mi-cuit à la vanille; for main courses, medallions of guinea fowl with mushroom cream. The best thing about this establishment is the work done on the plate: the chef makes his own ice creams and smokes his own salmon and duck breasts.
