On Andrésy's Quai de Seine, look for the sign with the bell attached. Ring the bell and a speedboat will pick you up and escort you to the island opposite! Here, renowned chef Maurice Vaillant welcomes you to his table, in a charmingly bucolic guinguette setting. Here you'll discover refined, tasteful cuisine, home-made with fresh produce: hare à la Royale on occasion, sweetbreads, Aubrac meat... The cellar is exceptional (Côte Rôtie, Grange des Pères, rhum La Flibuste 1989...) and well worth the detour!
