Restaurant offering a very good value menu in a simple and friendly place in Podensac.

Chez Charlotte is always busy. And that's only to be expected, since the lunchtime menu offers excellent value for money, with dishes concocted from freshly prepared ingredients. Just to whet your appetite, here are a few suggestions from the à la carte menu: foie gras mi-cuit au Cognac, white asparagus puff pastry, Basque burger with black pork ventrèche, Asian-style Bazas beef tartare, Carambar chantilly crème caramel, chocolate and strawberry charlotte... The place is simple, friendly and, above all, the food is good! Very warm welcome.

S'il y avait plus d'étoiles il les mériterait largement. On y mange plus que bien,les plats sont excellemment cuisinés, a chaque bouchée c'est une explosion de mes papilles. Nous y sommes très bien accueillis c'est notre restaurant de coeur dans les environs a chaque occasion nous y allons. Merci.
