The first and third Wednesdays of each month are devoted to a ten-kilometre walk in the Montmorency forest, Friday mornings are devoted to brisk walking, Friday evenings to sustained walking and Sundays are devoted to hiking, two or three times a month. Discovery, sport and conviviality are the order of the day.

This bright and beautiful pool has two pools: one 25 meters long, the second 12.50 meters long. A wide range of sporting activities are on offer here, from scuba diving to aqua aerobics, aqua swimming and even water polo, the latter open to all age groups. Bright, with large bay windows, it overlooks this pretty residential area of Taverny. The pool is open every day.

An exceptional setting: this stud farm is located on the edge of the Montmorency forest. The owners' stable takes advantage of the forest environment to allow riders and their mounts to ride in unrivalled natural surroundings. A beautiful arena and paddock are available. The welcome is excellent, and if it's your first time here, don't hesitate to take the plunge: there are plenty of possibilities, whatever your level, for a day or longer!
