This institution in Pontoise is the place for all kinds of delicacies, and of course it never disappoints. The Valadon chocolate factory (which has a second store in the neighboring town of Ennery) offers hundreds of references, each one as unmissable as the next. The house creates, imagines and prepares chocolates by the mouthful, splendid creations, sometimes even real chocolate sculptures that are unanimously appreciated. In Pontoise, the establishment is open from Tuesday to Saturday, and the opening hours are wide.
