The chef Jean-Luc Brillet works here with mastery to offer a fine cuisine, surprising and full of divine flavors!

Certainly one of the best restaurants in the area, led by chef Jean-Luc Brillet for many years. Here, the focus is on traditional cuisine, particularly well executed, enhanced by a touch (and sometimes even more) of inventiveness, with excellent products that change with the seasons. Veal and gambas are combined with a saffron cream, the fillet of sea bream is served with Chinese cabbage, and the desserts are not to be outdone. The price is justified, and reservations are strongly recommended.
