Très déçue
J'ai acheté dans ce magasin un moulin à sel le 8 mars dernier. Je l'ai rapporté une semaine plus tard en demandant un échange car il ne fonctionnait pas. La vendeuse a constaté avec moi ce dysfonctionnement.
Depuis, bien que je sois passée 4 fois, j'ai obtenu pour seule réponse : "le patron n'a pas eu le temps de s'en occuper". Aujourd'hui, nouvelle réponse : "Le patron l'a emporté. Je ne sais pas quand vous aurez des nouvelles".
Je suis très déçue par la désinvolture avec laquelle ma demande a été traitée.
