Saint-Cloud is a town in the Île-de-France region. For newcomers to Saint-Cloud, the voluntary association AVF (Accueil des Villes Françaises) is there to help them integrate into their new town.

Inaugurated in 2023, this futuristic 2,200 m² space-ship offers countless possibilities. From books and magazines to DVDs and even toys and board games, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your cultural needs. Surrounded by an immense landscaped park, the splendid venue also boasts an auditorium offering a rich program of encounters with a wide range of cultural players.

This online information channel gives Herblaysiens all the information they need to find out more about the town, its inhabitants, its achievements and what's going on. Simply called Herblay TV, it is accessible on the YouTube platform (on mobile or on your personal computer) and features several programs. Portraits of Herblaysiens, information on leisure activities or current projects, as well as the informative JT news bulletin are all broadcast, and can be found freely and, of course, free of charge.

Situated in the former Château d'Herblay - though enhanced by much more recent buildings - this clinic, part of the Clinéa Group, specializes in multi-purpose follow-up and rehabilitation care, with a focus on geriatric services. With around one hundred full hospitalization beds and ten day hospitalization places, its facilities are complete and modern, and the site is surrounded by a magnificent park planted with trees.
