It's a well-known family business in Franconville-la-Garenne: originally the passion of Jean-Luc Pouteau, who started out as a pastry chef and went on to become one of the best sommeliers of his generation. While he travels the world to share his knowledge, it's his children who proudly carry on the family tradition, offering carefully selected (and therefore excellent!) wines as well as rare advice, whether you want to match the dishes you're preparing with the best vintages, or give the gift of a fine vintage.
