An impressive building in Cergy, overlooking the esplanade, the prefecture park and its vast lawns.

It is not open to the public, and for good reason, since it is first and foremost a place of work - you can only enter it if you have an administrative procedure to perform. In any case, it is mainly from the outside that you will admire this impressive building, in the shape of an inverted pyramid, built in 1967 to the plans of the architect Henry Bernard. It overlooks the esplanade on one side and the park of the prefecture and its vast lawns on the other.
