The winery, which was known as «cave-à-Louis», was known for a long time in the construction of a shopping centre. For its restoration, an archaeological study asked questions about the history of this place. The award of this cellar is particularly difficult. Was it dependent on Notre-Dame Abbey or other abbeys such as Sainte-Geneviève-au-Mont in Paris, Cistercian abbey of Chaalis, local charity or civilian cellar in a stately house? Since 1990, it has been a place of performance, today certified music centre, which has two rooms (80 and 250 seats), rehearsal studios and teaching rooms.
