Located in downtown Noisy-le-Grand, the Georges-Wolinski Media Library is a Qualivilles establishment, a certification that rewards the work done to welcome users, the quality of their online services, and their document lending and cultural programming services. It is part of a network open to knowledge and access to culture for all, offering a total of more than 140,000 documents throughout the city (novels, magazines, CDs, DVDs) and collaborative activities (workshops, readings, creations).
