This workshop is a little special because it has the advantage that everything is smoked locally in beech wood. Salmon from different sources, halibut, trout, etc. Fish is a little cheaper than in retailers and one can buy in small or large quantities. The tarama is excellent like the sea urchin coral that is part of the products sold in the workshop. There are also fish eggs, rillettes and various Scandinavian and Swedish products.
