Jardins des murs à pèches, a trail through the old town of Montreuil and its narrow streets
The culture of peach trees against the walls existed locally since the 17th century and developed throughout the Montreuil area until the end of the 19th century, with a particular reputation for their production. The association Murs à Pêches proposes you, through a route in the old Montreuil and in the bend of the streets, to discover the houses of the irreducible peach tree growers, up to the classified site of the Murs à pêches and this through different gardens.
