Ferm'Meaux Pâtes is above all a story of family and passion. Here, we make pasta - but not just any pasta! Produced in an artisanal workshop, they are made from durum wheat semolina grown in Varreddes, along with local ingredients such as rapeseed, beet and eggs. The semolina is finely ground at Moulin Bourgeois in Verdelot. The result? A whole range of pasta dishes - coquillettes, fusillis, tagliatelle... - sometimes delicately flavored with thyme or beet. To be enjoyed without moderation!
